2. Data used and purposes

• Account: email, confirmation of access, preferred language, declaration of adulthood, account status and records of document acceptance. These are used for authentication, account maintenance and recording the choices made.
• Listings: profile information, city and area, descriptions, languages, prices, contact details, photographs and other submitted materials. These are used to create, moderate, organize and display the listing according to its visibility.
• Preferences: favorites, saved searches, profile subscriptions and notification frequency, when used. These are used to provide the requested features; private preferences are not part of the public listing.
• Safety and support: requests, reports, relevant supporting materials, decision history and technical access identifiers. These are used to investigate abuse, protect accounts, moderate content and respond to requests.
• Promotion and referrals: referral relationship, bonuses, balance, activations and internal spending. These are used to operate and check the program and promotion features.
• Operation: session and preference cookies, technical request data and usage counts.

Creating a listing includes providing a date of birth; the public page shows the calculated age, not the full date. Some intimate fields are required for certain listing types, so we do not state that all such information is optional. Nearby search requests the browser's location permission; in the current distance calculation flow, coordinates are used within the browser itself.

3. Sensitive information and basis for processing

A listing may reveal particularly sensitive information, including information relating to a person's sex life. General acceptance of the terms does not replace a specific expression of consent when one is required.

The site must not treat the mere fact that data have been published as unrestricted authorization for any other use.

4. What becomes public

The data and media of an approved profile are displayed according to the publication settings. Public content may be indexed and copied by third parties. The email used to access an account does not become public merely because it was used for registration; disclosing contact details in a listing is a separate choice.

Materials reserved for verification and report review are not intended for public display. Restricted media are subject to the applicable access controls. Any automated recognition procedure, use of identity documents or biometric processing requires its own description and assessment; this policy does not state that such procedures are authorized.

Photograph checking currently uses a selfie submitted through a separate consent process and reviewed by the team. It does not constitute documentary verification of legal identity.

5. Recipients and external services

Internal access must be limited to necessary operation, moderation and support functions.

The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, interface resources from jsDelivr and, on pages with maps, resources from unpkg and maps from OpenStreetMap. These connections are made by the browser and may communicate technical data, such as the IP address, to the respective service.

When you open an external contact channel, you begin using that provider's service. Necessary information may also be provided to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request from an authority, following a review of the case.

6. Retention and protection

We apply access controls and protection mechanisms proportionate to the type of information. No system is completely immune to incidents. We do not promise immediate deletion of all records or absolute anonymity.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request confirmation and access, correction and, where applicable, deletion, blocking, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also challenge exclusively automated decisions that affect your interests. Requests will be assessed according to the legal conditions, without charging for the exercise of rights.

Subscription options control optional notifications; messages essential to authentication and security serve a different purpose from advertising.

8. Updates

Significant changes will be communicated. Acceptance of a policy does not constitute generic consent for future purposes. Where required, a new choice must be obtained before the corresponding processing takes place.
