2. What the platform offers
DesejoLocal is a directory of listings by adults. It allows visitors to browse profiles by city and filters, access published contact details and use account features. Registration and basic profile publication are free; publication is subject to moderation.
We do not offer scheduling, booking, contracting or payment for meetings. We do not act as an agency or representative of advertisers. Conversations and any arrangements take place directly through the external contact channels chosen by the visitor. This limitation of our role does not exclude responsibilities that the law assigns to the platform itself.
3. Age and account access
Use is restricted to people aged at least 18. Account access uses email and a password, with an email confirmation link. To complete registration, the person declares their age and accepts the documents presented. This declaration alone does not constitute documentary verification of age or identity.
Use an email address under your control and do not share passwords or confirmation and recovery links. If you suspect misuse of your account, contact [email protected]. You are responsible for the information and actions you actually authorize; cases of fraud or unauthorized access will be reviewed without automatically presuming that the account holder is at fault.
4. Content and conduct
Publish only content that you have the right and permission to disclose. Materials involving minors, exploitation, coercion, human trafficking, violence, threats, fraud, disclosure of third-party personal data and intimate images without consent are prohibited. Do not impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activities.
Descriptions and text changes may require approval. New images undergo separate moderation. Approval of a listing or checking photographs does not guarantee safety, complete verification of legal identity or any meeting.
5. Publication and visibility
Published profiles may show a display name, city, area, descriptions, listing information, prices provided by the advertiser, contact details and media authorized for public display. Visitors may view this information and search engines may index it. Do not publish information that you do not want to make accessible under these conditions.
Some media have restricted access. This restriction does not prevent someone authorized to view them from making a copy; we do not promise to prevent all reproduction by third parties.
6. Features, promotion and balance
Favorites, saved searches and profile subscriptions are optional features. Notifications depend on the preferences selected and the availability of the delivery channel. Contacting an advertiser may take you to external services, such as WhatsApp, which are subject to their own terms.
You can top up your balance in your account or earn referral rewards under the program rules. The balance can be used for available promotion features and cannot be withdrawn. Payment methods and top-up terms are shown on the payment page, and promotion prices are shown before activation. No purchase is required for basic registration.
7. Reports and restrictions
Use the reporting and removal request pages to report improper content or unauthorized exposure. The team may request relevant information, review the case and restrict listings or accounts according to the severity and applicable rules.
8. Privacy, termination and changes
The Privacy Policy explains the use of personal data. Requests concerning an account, termination of access or content may be sent to [email protected]; data protection requests may be sent to [email protected]. Removal from public display does not mean the immediate deletion of all records, including those whose retention has a valid basis.
By continuing to use DesejoLocal after notification of the changes, the user accepts the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. Where separate consent is required, it will be requested additionally. These terms do not restrict mandatory user rights.
